At rednug LLC, we take great pride in creating competitively priced, high-quality products designed to assist you with your projects or gift giving. Great care and attention to details is put into our products and services. Our customers are our top priority!
Life Happens
Please understand that mistakes can happen. Sometimes, things happen that are out of our control: loss of power, machines do something unexpected, pieces might move, needles break. Please, really think twice about wanting a precious family heirloom, a one-of-a-kind item, or something very expensive to be embellished. More than likely, we'll be having your sign a Release of Liability form to have you acknowledge the slight possibility that something could go not as planned and we may not be able to replace your item.

Returns and Refunds
No returns or refund will be given on custom or personalized items. No returns or refunds on templates.

In the case of template, great care has been taken to create the template according to the pattern's owner descriptions and instructions. We are confident with the templates accuracy to pattern's owner, plus or minus 5%. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order (count down starts the day of when the USPS shows the product as Delivered), and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the matter. Please review your templates against your pattern pieces upon receipt.
Incidental
If you are buying something that has been under one our laser beams, please be advised that a laser beam is a super concentrated beam of light that is burning off, or through, a product or material. Where applicable, an item that has had laser work done to it has had debris brushed off of it under running water, soaked in soapy water, and then brushed, rinsed off under running water, and hand dried. Please do you due diligent to ensure your items are clean before putting them in to use.

If you have had something embroidered or quilted, do not expose those items to overly warm environments (washing in hot water, or hot dryers). Avoid bleaches and detergents. Take the appropriate measures to ensure the longevity of the stitch work.

Shipping​
All products will be mailed out insured using USPS to the address you provide.

You are our top priority. We want to do everything reasonable under our control to ensure you are happy with our products and services. We want to earn your business and do more projects with you business.
